Your Program, Your Pace

At Active Care Health, your program begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current ability to move and function. This lets us understand your body’s unique issues, injuries, and goals before we write a single exercise.

From there, we develop a one-on-one plan that may integrate multiple health disciplines. Our Kinesiologist works in harmony with our chiropractors and massage therapists, so a joint adjustment or soft tissue release is followed up with targeted strengthening that makes the result last.

Programs can range from a focused 15-minute local body part routine to a full 60-minute personalized workout. We apply the latest training methods, sport-specific expertise, and nutritional science. We accept ICBC MVA injury cases with direct billing available through many extended health benefit providers.
