Jenna Paddock, Registered Massage Therapist
Jenna is an Ontario native, who studied massage therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Prior to her career as a massage therapist, Jenna graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Kinesiology and Physical Education degree, and began working as a physiotherapy assistant. Her interest in human anatomy, and biomechanical dysfunction has always been in the forefront of her studies.
She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, as well as the RMTBC. Jenna is passionate about investigating the underlying cause of pain, approaching all appointments with a patient-centered focus, and finding the right treatment plan for each individual.
Since completing her massage therapy training, Jenna has furthered her understanding by taking continuing education courses in pelvis dysfunction, shoulder dysfunction, joint mobilization, advanced assessment, myofascial imbalances, as well as the TMJ Mastery course.
In Ontario, Jenna was an instructor at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and is currently teaching at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy focusing her time as lead instructor in the Myofascial Palpation course, as well as a teaching assistant in various other classes.
Jenna’s passion for helping others achieve balance, eliminate pain, and improve well-being translates into her treatments.
Jenna hopes to continue to expand her knowledge and understanding by taking continuing education courses focused around Kinesio-Taping, strain-counterstrain, and cranio-sacral therapy.”
