At ACTIVE CARE Health Kelowna, we provide our clients with advanced Chiropractic, Exercise Therapy and Health Education to help each individual and all families (infants to seniors) achieve optimal health and wellness.

Through the integration of their knowledge of sports, human kinetics and the art of chiropractic, the doctors at ACTIVE CARE Health design effective treatment plans with the ultimate goal of returning patients to their active healthy lifestyle.

At ACTIVE CARE we believe there are at least Five Aspects of Optimal Health:

   Exercise, Rest, Nutrition, Mental Health & Spinal Health

We emphasize all aspects, with Spinal Health being our main focus.  Through chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue techniques (eg. Active Release Technique) our holistic approach to health aims to find the source of patients problems and provide solutions.
